Privacy Policy

How Print For Liberty handles information shared through this website.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Who we are

Print For Liberty operates this website at printforliberty.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We collect information that you voluntarily provide through the website. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Your name and email address when you request the Bill of Rights Field Guide or use another signup form.
  • Your answers and optional comments when you complete a survey.
  • Information you send when you contact us.
  • If online purchasing is enabled, contact, billing, shipping, and order information needed to process and fulfill your purchase.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information in an open-response survey field or ordinary email.

How we use information

We use information to provide the resource or response you requested, record and analyze survey feedback, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery problems, and meet applicable business, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Requesting a Field Guide allows us to deliver that resource and related service messages. It does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing unless the form clearly offers that choice and you select it. If you subscribe to promotional email, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

Forms, surveys, and email delivery

Our forms and surveys are currently powered by Forminator and their submissions are stored in the protected WordPress administration area. Website email is sent through our Hostinger business-email account using authenticated SMTP. Authorized site administrators may access submissions when needed to operate the site and review research results.

Purchases and payments

If purchasing is made available, WooCommerce and connected fulfillment or payment providers may process information needed to complete the order. Payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe process payment credentials under their own privacy policies. Print For Liberty does not receive or store your complete payment-card number on its website.

Technical information and cookies

Like most websites, our hosting platform and WordPress may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps. This information may be used for security, error diagnosis, traffic management, and site operation.

The site may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for WordPress administration, form operation, security, caching, and—when enabled—shopping-cart and checkout functions. Optional analytics or embedded content may set additional cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Embedded content and external links

Pages may include links to or content from other websites. Those services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. Print For Liberty is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us host the site, deliver email, process forms, prevent abuse, process payments, fulfill orders, or provide other requested services; when you direct us to do so; or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.

How long we keep information

We retain form and survey submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Order records may be kept for the period required for tax, accounting, warranty, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from promotional email. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes. To make a request, email guide@printforliberty.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No website, storage system, or method of internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
